Terms of Contract

Terms of contract for pets:

1. The kitten you buy as pet is not for breeding that means it is not allowed to breed or have kittens with. It has to be neutred within one year and you have to send me the confirmation of the vetenarian afterwards
2. The kitten has to be an indoor cat.
3. If ever you sell the cat you have to inform me.
4. You are not allowed to use the cat for any medical experiences.
5. I want you to pick up your kitten here from me if possible 
6. The kitten will get reserved definitivly only by a deposit. by that the buying of the cat has started and therefore I keep the deposit if the buyer cancels buying this kitten later. If the reason if the canceling is on my side( for kittens reasons)  I will tranfer the whole deposit back.

Terms of contract for a male kitten sold for breeding  and show:

1. You are not allowed to start a stud-service with the male kitten you buy from my cattery.  He has  only to be stud of your own cattery and be mated with your own queens.
2. You are not allowed to sell a kitten of the kitten you buy in my cattery to any Austrian or Bavarian (of South part of Germany) breeder
3. If the futur stud will  be coowned with another breeder both breeder has to sign the contract.
4. The futur stud should be a member of your family.
5. If ever you sell the male kitten later how ever you have to neuter him before selling him nad also I have to get informed about.
6. You are not allowed to use the cat for any medical experiences.
7. The future stud has to be an indoor cat.
8. I want you to pick up your kitten in person if possible
9. The kitten will get reserved definitivly only by a deposit. by that the buying of the cat has started and therefore I keep the deposit if the buyer cancels buying this kitten later. If the reason if the canceling is on my side( for kittens reasons)  I will tranfer the whole deposit back.

Terms of contract for a female kitten sold for breeding and show::

1.  The futur queen need other cats to play with.
2. You are not allowed to sell ot give one of the kittens of the cat you buy in my cattery to any Austrian breeder.
3. She has to be an indoor-cat
4. She has to be accepted as  member of your family
5. However, if you want to sell her again you have to neuter her first and I have to get informed
6. You are not allowed to use the cat for any medical experiences.
